Overlook at Blue Ridge will consist of 44 homes masterfully designed by James H. Klippel. Located within walking distance of downtown Blue Ridge, Overlook at Blue Ridge combines the rustic woodlands of the mountains with the convenience of urban developments.

The community will include amenities such as a gated entrance, walking trails, paved roads and driveways, a dog park, and a community center with an outdoor fireplace and social area. All trees removed from the development and homesites will be taken to a local saw mill and incorporated into the interior and exterior details of each home.
